We fabricate all our panel boards with 16 SWG CRCA sheets (produced from TATA) or as per the requirement of the client. All our panels are treated with seven tank chemical process and electrostatically applied Polyester Epoxy powder coated (RAL 7032 / 7035 / Seimens grey / Havelles grey color or any other approved shade by the client). We maintain the quality of our goods by subjecting them to stringent quality tests. All our high quality switchgear components are checked for its operation and functioning before fixing it to the panel board. After completion of the job we do the following tests at our works before despatch.

We take up several quality tests to ensure the quality, which includes:

• 1. Gauge test thickness of our panels
• 2. Manual quality tests
• Over all dimensional check
• Tightness of each termination and busbar joints.
• Insulation Resistance test (Megger test) with 500 V/1000 V/ 5000 V merger
• 3. Electricity tests for power supply
